Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to be processed. This processing period allows time for production, quality check, and packaging before your order is shipped.            Tracking information and shipping updates will be sent out to the email provided at checkout once your order has completed the processing stage and has been shipped.

The shipping method at checkout does not override the processing time. Shipping time only begins once your order has been processed and shipped. After processing time is complete, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Please not that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. RJ Lux Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped and is in the hands of USPS, RJ Lux Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur during transit. If an issue arises with your shipment, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim or request further assistance.
