Refund policy

At RJ Lux Hair, we take pride in providing high quality hair. Every order is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is packaged and shipped.

Because our hair is 100% raw and sanitary, all sales are considered final. We do not accept                     cancellations, refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.                                         Orders begin processing shortly after they are submitted in order to maintain efficient fulfillment times. For this reason, changes or cancellations cannot be made after checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including product selections and shipping information, before completing their purchase.

Returns are only accepted if a mistake was made on our part or under special circumstances. All hair must be returned within 7 days and in its original, unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that don't meet these guidelines.
